Paintball Gelatin

Short Description:

Paintball is very popular sport all over the word; paintballs are the ammunition used in the paintball gun. Gelatin is one of main material during producing paintball; the dosage of gelatin is 40-45%. the gelatin applied in paintball are to lessen the force of its impact. The gelatin is formulated so as to establish the optimal balance between elasticity and brittleness, enable the paintballs to break open on impact yet not break when initially fired and avoid yet burst open when they hit someone without causing any tissue damage beyond mild bruising.

Flow Chart For Paintball Gelatin

The quality of paintball is dependent on the brittleness of the ball’s shell, the roundness of the sphere, and the thickness of the fill; higher quality balls are almost perfectly spherical, with a very thin shell to guarantee breaking upon impact, and a thick, brightly colored fill that is difficult to hide or wipe off during the game.
